Refund Policy

We want you to pay only if OuiPR helps you prepare for TCF Canada.
No automatic charges
Premium is a one-time payment for 30 or 7 days. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel: when the days end, you simply go back to the free plan.
First payment: 7 days
If Premium is not for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment, and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
Technical problems
If the checker did not work for you during a paid period, we refund that period or extend your Premium, whichever you prefer.
How refunds work
Send your request to [email protected] with your Telegram username. We reply within 2 business days and arrange the refund through our payment partner Tribute. The money goes back the way you paid. Banks usually show it within 5-10 business days. When a payment is refunded, its Premium days are removed.
Other cases
We look at other requests case by case. This policy does not limit the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
