Privacy Policy

OuiPR is an online practice tool for the writing part of the TCF Canada exam at ouipr.com. This policy explains what data we process and why.
1. No account, no saved texts
You can use the free checker without an account. We do not ask for your name, and we do not save the texts you write.
2. What happens to your text
When you press the check button, your text and the task instruction are sent to an AI model. It scores them, and the result goes back to your browser. We do not keep a copy.
- Google Gemini API (Google LLC) does the checks. On the free Gemini plan, Google may use submitted texts to improve its products, and Google's reviewers may read them. For visitors from the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom we do not use the free Gemini plan: their texts go to Cloudflare Workers AI.
- Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc.) is used as a backup when Gemini is not available.
Please do not put personal details such as names, addresses or document numbers in your texts.
3. What we store
For each check we store the date and time, the page language, the task number, the word count, the score, the country (detected from your IP address), how long the check took, and a code made from your IP address and the date. This code is a one-way hash: we use it only to count your free checks for the day, and it cannot be turned back into your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
When you open a page, we also count the visit: the date and time, which page, the website you came from (only its name, such as google.com), the campaign tag of the link if it has one, the country and the same one-way code. We use this only to count visitors and see which pages help. We do not use cookies for this and do not share it with advertisers.
Your draft and the task you chose are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so you don't lose them. You can delete them in your browser settings.
4. Payments
Premium payments are processed by Tribute. We never see or store your card number. After a payment, Tribute sends us your Telegram user ID and username, the product you bought, the amount, the payment ID and the date. We use them only to give you Premium and to answer your questions.
When you log in with Telegram, Telegram sends us your Telegram user ID, name, username and photo link. We store your ID, name and username, and set one cookie (oui_tg) that keeps you logged in for up to 180 days. It is needed to give you Premium; we do not use it for anything else. You can log out on the pricing section at any time. We may use our Telegram bot to tell you that your Premium is ending; we do not send advertising and we do not sell your data.
5. Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and security. Its logs include IP addresses.
- Google: Gemini AI, and Google Fonts, which loads the fonts of this site and receives your IP address.
- Tribute: payments.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep data
Check and visit records (without texts): up to 12 months, for statistics and daily limits. Payment data and your Telegram ID: while Premium is active and up to 3 years after it ends, for accounting and payment disputes. Emails you send us: up to 2 years.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to [email protected], and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA or India's DPDP Act), you can also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Age
OuiPR is for people aged 18 and over.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
